Ann Arbor, MI
- People of all ages dressed in running shoes and St.-Patrick’s-Day-themed
costumes covered the streets of downtown Ann Arbor Sunday for the 15th-annual
Shamrocks and Shenanigans 5K Run and Walk. Approximately 2,200 runners registered for
this year’s 5K, and proceeds of the event will be donated to the Save-a-Heart
program, which benefits the U-M Congenital Heart Center at C.S. Mott Children’s
Hospital. Last year’s event raised more than $55,000. www.fundraisingweb.org
