A week of fundraising events have
taken place at Norton College in memory of one of its students, Organized by theYear 11 pupils, over £2,200
was raised for St Catherine's Hospice and Dyslexia Action, the charities chosen
by the family of Alex Bradley who died in road traffic accident on the A64. Deputy
pastoral leader, Gemma McDonald said the fundraising week had been student-led
with a football tournament, sponge the teacher, daily tuck-shop and bake sale. Alex's twin brothers Lachlan and Isaac, who
attend the school, also took part in a sponsored silence while three pupils
